FYI. Dangerously high levels of malnutrition in Liberia with 17% acute
malnutrition rates in Monrovia. I'm sure other countries with heavy
reliance on grain imports will be suffering the same. Liberia imports 90%
of its rice. See the linked article below.

MONROVIA, 17 April (IRIN) - Moderate hunger has been endemic in the Liberian
capital for years, but as the effects of soaring global food and fuel prices
have doubled rice prices, the aid agency Action Against Hunger (ACF) says
