[AODA members] TPN worksheets, calculations

Hello Everyone-

I have a request for those of you who may work regularly in a
hospital/clinical setting, and especially for those who supervise students
and teach them how to calculate TPN.  At the government hospital in Lusaka,
the nutritionist is looking into getting some TPN feeds for patients in
need.  However, she has had little experience with TPN and needs a refresher
on how to calculate the infusion rate, energy needs, etc.  Also if any of
you know anything about administering it without a machine that would be
very helpful.  So she is looking for worksheets, and guidelines in the
administration of a TPN.  I have given her some information but it would be
really helpful to hear from those of you who are in this setting full time.
