Please note that although it is a toll free number for US, it is not
free to us.  And they must pay by call in sites that is why they want
you to be in one place unless you can pay the site fee by yourselves
individually.  I don't know if that cost lesser than to try to get
together in one place to pay a cheaper site rate.  You have to take into
consideration your long distance fee. 

Another option is for the military folks who have DSN capability to
accommodate other members close by.  You can access the toll free number
by dialing 809-463-3376 - 1 (get a dial tone, then dial the toll free
number).
