Thanks for getting back to me.
Looks like we filled the India consultancy but are having trouble 
filling the one for Haiti.
we are looking for a French speaker who can help with project management 
primarily of a palliative care grant from USAID which includes a 
distribution program for a high energy bar for PLHIV.
It would be 8-10 weeks in Haiti helping project start-up.
I guess we are looking for someone who primarily has project management 
skills, but if they know nutrutrition and HIV, all the better. Surely 
they need to have an HIV background.
