These free materials on food and nutrition security (see below) will be
of interest to all nutritionists around the world - they are available
in CD or directly online. I flipped through them on the Internet and
they seem simple, but good. The SARPN posting didn't include much about
the source of the materials, so I've pasted that at the bottom of the
e-mail. They are produced by FAO and European Commission so I imagine
they have credibility. It would be good to get Nutritionists feedback
on them and give feedback to the producers as well.
Malawi note: I've sent away for the CDs for each course. I'm sure that
we can copy them (they are free) and distribute in Malawi to give more
access. I'll work with the PS for Nutrition and HIV Dr. Shawa on the
best way to multiply them and who they would be best for.
