Do you have experience serving on an ethics committee in your 
professional role, participating in ethical decision-making or policy 
development in your institution, serving on an Institutional Review 
Board (IRB) or participating on a quality management or HIPPA compliance 
committee?

If so, ADA would like to hear from YOU!  The ADA Ethics Committee wants 
to create a data base of members with expertise in these areas.  Please
